Job Description
1. Client Relationship Management:Act as the primary point of contact for existing clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
- Repeat Business from Existing Accounts
- Fixing Appointment for Sales persons
- Web presentation to New Clients
- Data base nuturing
- Online Marketing / Digital Marketing
- Handle client queries related to services, orders, and billing, ensuring prompt and accurate responses.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Communicate updates on purchases, delivery timelines, and payment schedules to clients.
2. Payment Collection:Monitor payment due dates and ensure timely follow-up with clients for outstanding payments.
- Contact clients via phone or email to remind them of upcoming or overdue payments.
- Resolve any billing disputes or discrepancies in coordination with the finance or sales team.
- Ensure all payments are recorded accurately in the system and provide regular reports on payment collection status.
3. Record Keeping and Reporting:Maintain comprehensive records of client interactions, purchase orders, billing, and payment history in physical note books - Inward / Outward & Stock Register
- Regularly update databases or ERP systems with client information.
- Track and report any issues in the procurement or billing process to the appropriate departments for resolution.
4. Coordination with Other Departments:Collaborate with the Field sales, Purchase & procurement, and Accounting cum finance teams to ensure a smooth supply and Delivery process.
- Provide support to the finance team in reconciling payments, issuing credits, or managing refunds when necessary.
5. Compliance and Documentation:Ensure all processes follow company policies and legal regulations related to invoicing, payment collection, and procurement.
