Job Description
Generate and convert leads for residential real estate sales and turnkey construction projects.
Conduct client meetings, site visits, and project presentations.
Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and sales performance.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective buyers, investors, architects, and channel partners.
Handle customer enquiries through calls, social media, referrals, and digital platforms.
Coordinate with design, technical, and project teams for turnkey construction requirements.
Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain proper sales reports and CRM updates.
Support digital marketing activities, campaigns, exhibitions, and promotional events.
