Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute and supervise Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works at residential project sites.
- Review MEP drawings and coordinate with civil, architectural, and interior teams.
- Ensure quality, safety, and timely completion of MEP activities.
- Monitor contractors, material usage, and project progress.
- Conduct inspections, testing, commissioning, and project handover activities.
- Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and clients for smooth project execution.
Requirements:
- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Experience in residential construction projects.
- Knowledge of Electrical, Plumbing, Firefighting, HVAC, and ELV systems.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
