Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and organized Administrative Assistant to manage our daily office operations and act as a key point of contact for our team and clients. In this role, you will handle essential communication, maintain accurate records, and ensure that both client and employee inquiries are addressed promptly. If you have excellent communication skills, a strong eye for detail, and enjoy data management, we would love to meet you.

  • Key Responsibilities1. Communication & CorrespondenceMail Drafting: Compose, edit, and send professional emails, letters, and internal memos on behalf of the team.
  • Phone Management: Answer incoming phone calls promptly, route them to the appropriate department, and take accurate messages.
  • Inquiry Resolution: Act as the first point of contact to professionally attend to and resolve both client and employee queries.
  • 2. Data Management & DocumentationData Entry: Accurately update, organize, and maintain tracking data in Microsoft Excel sheets and internal company software.
  • Filing & Documentation: Create, organize, and maintain digital and physical filing systems for company documents, contracts, and reports.
  • Quality Control: Ensure all data and documentation are kept up-to-date and free of errors..
  • Software Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data entry, basic formulas, sorting) and comfort learning new internal software systems.
  • Communication: Strong written English skills for drafting emails, and an excellent verbal phone manner.
  • Customer Service: A patient and helpful attitude when handling client and employee queries.
  • Organization: High attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
