Job Description
Assist in receiving, sorting, and distributing incoming mail, couriers, and documents within the office
Run office errands such as bank visits, document submissions, and local courier drops as assigned
Support in setting up meeting rooms and arranging required materials before meetings
Assist the administration team with photocopying, scanning, laminating, and filing of documents
Manage and replenish pantry supplies and stationery as required
Handle basic office maintenance tasks and coordinate with housekeeping vendors when needed
Support in any other administrative tasks as directed by the management
