Job Description – Personal Loan Executive (Chennai)
Job Title: Personal Loan Executive
Location: Chennai
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹40,000 per month + Attractive Incentives
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new customers for personal loans
- Explain loan products, eligibility, interest rates, and repayment options
- Generate leads through field sales, telecalling, referrals, and direct marketing
- Assist customers with documentation and application process
- Coordinate with banks/NBFCs for loan approvals and disbursement
- Follow up with existing and prospective customers
- Achieve monthly sales targets and incentive goals
- Maintain customer database and daily reports
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Any Degree
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Basic knowledge of banking/financial products preferred
