Job Description

Role Summary

The Production Technician will be responsible for assembling, testing, and ensuring quality production of machines and components as per defined standards and schedules. The role requires hands-on technical skills, adherence to SOPs, and coordination with production and quality teams.


Key Responsibilities

* Assemble machines, sub-assemblies, and components as per work instructions

* Perform electrical wiring, mechanical fitting, and component installation

* Conduct functional testing and trial runs of finished units

* Identify and troubleshoot production-related defects

* Follow quality standards, SOPs, and safety guidelines

* Meet daily and weekly production targets

* Maintain production records and testing data

* Coordinate with quality and maintenance teams

* Maintain tools, equipment, and workplace cleanliness

* Support continuous improvement activities
