Job Description

We are hiring a Quantity Surveyor (Work From Home) to prepare quantity take-offs, BOQs, cost estimates, rate analyses, tender documents, billing verification, and material reconciliation for construction projects. The candidate should be able to interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings, monitor project costs, coordinate with site and procurement teams, and prepare accurate reports within deadlines. Proficiency in MS Excel and construction estimation is essential, while knowledge of AutoCAD and relevant quantity surveying software is preferred. Candidates should possess a Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering with experience in residential, commercial, industrial, or infrastructure projects.
