We are one of the leading logistics companies and are currently looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our team.
Position: HR Manager
Location: Chennai
Experience Required: Minimum 5 years in Human Resources (preferably in logistics, warehousing, or related industries)
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
- Implement HR policies and procedures
- Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, etc.)
- Handle payroll processing and employee grievance management
- Support training, development, and performance evaluation initiatives
Preferred Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Sound knowledge of labor laws and HR practices
- Ability to work independently and manage a team
