Receptionist / Front Office Executive

We are looking for a professional and friendly Receptionist / Front Office Executive for our growing bike rental company. As the first point of contact, you will represent our brand and help customers get on the road quickly and safely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Greeting: Welcoming walk-in customers and explaining rental plans/pricing.
• Booking Management: Handling online and phone bookings for bike rentals.
• Documentation: Verifying customer IDs and driving licenses before handing over keys.
• Payment Handling: Managing cash/UPI payments and issuing rental invoices.
• Bike Tracking: Coordinating with the team to ensure bikes are ready for pickup and tracking returns.
• Phone Support: Responding to inquiries about bike availability and locations.

Requirements & Skills:

• Education: Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate.
• Communication: Fluent in English
• Attitude: Polite, energetic, and customer-focused.
• Tech Skills: Basic knowledge of smartphones/computers for booking entries.
• Punctuality: Must be disciplined with 8-hour shift timings.
