Position OverviewWe are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist customers, drive sales, maintain store presentation, and ensure a positive shopping experience.Key ResponsibilitiesGreet and assist customers in a professional and friendly mannerUnderstand customer requirements and recommend suitable productsAchieve daily and monthly sales targetsMaintain product displays and store cleanlinessHandle billing, cash transactions, and POS operationsManage stock levels and coordinate replenishmentResolve customer queries and complaints effectivelyPromote ongoing offers, schemes, and loyalty programsMaintain accurate sales and inventory recordsSupport the team during audits, stock counts, and store activitiesRequired Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred1–3 years of retail or sales experience (freshers can also apply if suitable)Strong communication and interpersonal skillsBasic computer and billing software knowledgeCustomer-oriented attitude with sales aptitude
