Job Description: i5 Housing & Properties is hiring experienced professionals for multiple openings in Real Estate Sales. We are looking for dynamic and target-oriented candidates with experience in roles such as Senior Executive, Assistant Manager, Manager, BDM, or Sales Head in the real estate industry.
The company has two branches in Chennai – Head Office at Valasaravakkam and another branch at Tambaram.
Key Responsibilities:
- Connect and follow up with clients regarding property requirements
- Schedule and coordinate site visits
- Attend and handle client site visits professionally
- Negotiate and close property sales
- Support customers through registration and documentation process
- Maintain strong customer relationships
- Handle and guide sales team operations
- Achieve sales targets and business growth
Requirements:
- Experience in Real Estate Sales is mandatory
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Team handling capability preferred
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
