Job Description

Job Title: Sales & Administrative Associate 


Job Description: 


We are hiring a Sales & Administrative Associate to manage customer interactions, sales activities, and office administration tasks. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle customers and coordinate with teams. 


Key Responsibilities: 


  • Generate leads and handle customer enquiries through calls, emails, and online meetings. 
  • Explain product features and benefits to customers. 
  • Follow up with potential customers and convert leads into sales. 
  • Maintain customer details and sales records. 
  • Handle customer queries and provide timely solutions. 
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations. 
  • Manage daily administrative activities and documentation. 
  • Support team coordination and office operations. 
  • Prepare reports and maintain records. 


Requirements: 


Education: Any bachelor's degree. 


Experience: 


  • Freshers can apply (interest in sales and customer handling required). 
  • 1+ year experience in sales, tele-sales, customer support, or administration preferred. 

 


Skills Required: 

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Customer handling ability. 
  • Basic knowledge of the MS Office. 
  • Team coordination skills. 
  • Problem-solving ability. 
  • Willingness to learn and achieve targets. 


Preferred: 


  • Knowledge of Tally Prime is an advantage. 
  • Experience in software/ERP sales or B2B sales is preferred.
