Job Description
The candidate will be responsible for generating and managing leads for ECCRM & ECERP SaaS products, understanding customer requirements, conducting software demonstrations, following up with prospects, coordinating with the implementation team, and ensuring successful onboarding of clients. This role requires strong communication skills, presentation ability, customer handling capability, and basic understanding of business software/ERP/CRM concepts.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Lead Generation
- Generate new business enquiries through:
- Digital marketing campaigns
- Cold calling
- Email campaigns
- Social media marketing
- WhatsApp marketing
- Field visits and networking
- Reference channels
- Identify potential customers across industries.
- Maintain and update lead database in CRM.
Product Demonstration & Client Handling
- Understand customer business requirements.
- Schedule and conduct online/offline product demonstrations for ECCRM & ECERP.
- Explain product features, workflows, pricing, and SaaS subscription models.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial discussions.
- Handle customer objections and follow-ups.
Coordination & Implementation Support
- Coordinate with the implementation/support team for project onboarding.
- Ensure proper customer data collection and requirement sharing.
- Track implementation progress and customer go-live status.
- Maintain customer relationship during onboarding phase.
Marketing Activities
- Assist in planning marketing campaigns for SaaS products.
- Coordinate promotional activities, webinars, and product presentations.
- Support content creation for brochures, presentations, social media, and advertisements.
Reporting & Targets
- Maintain daily sales activity reports.
- Track enquiries, demos, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Required Skills
- Good communication in English, Hindi, Tamil and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and customer handling ability.
- Basic understanding of ERP/CRM software concepts.
- Knowledge of SaaS products and cloud software will be an advantage.
- Familiarity with MS Office, Excel, email communication, and online meeting tools.
- Ability to manage multiple customer follow-ups effectively.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset.
Preferred Qualification
- Any Graduate / MBA Marketing / BBA / BCom / BE
- Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply.
- Experience in Software Sales, ERP Sales, CRM Sales, or SaaS Sales is preferred.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Passionate about sales and technology.
- Good communication in English, Hindi, Tamil.
- Confident in presenting software solutions to business owners.
- Good follow-up and coordination skills.
- Willingness to learn ERP/CRM business processes.
