Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service, the ability to handle inbound and outbound calls, and be able to effectively communicate with customers to support sales activities. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently.

• Provide accurate product or service information to customers.

• Share product/service details, guide customers through the purchasing process.

• Arrange meetings with prospective customers to explain order details and close sales.

• Meet sales targets and KPIs set by the management.

• Update and maintain customer information and sales records.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months of relevant work experience in sales or customer service.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to handle customer inquiries effectively.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Female candidates preferred.

• Immediate joiners are preferred.
