Job Description

  • Assist customers in selecting eyewear products based on face shape, style, and prescription needs
  • Handle end-to-end sales process including product explanation, billing, and order closure
  • Achieve daily and monthly sales targets and contribute to store revenue growth
  • Maintain excellent customer service standards to ensure high satisfaction and repeat business
  • Coordinate with optometrists for prescription verification and order accuracy
  • Manage product displays, stock arrangement, and visual merchandising as per guidelines
  • Handle customer queries, complaints, and provide effective resolutions
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and customer data
  • Ensure store cleanliness, hygiene, and overall presentation at all times
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, offers, and industry trends to improve sales performance
