Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries and provide end-to-end support
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Understand customer needs and suggest suitable services/products
- Follow up with leads and ensure conversion
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Achieve monthly targets and service goals
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth service delivery
