NEURO RECODE Enrollment Advisor – Mental Wellness Department: High-Performance Mental Wellness Advisory Team

Location: Chennai & Tiruvannamalai | Hybrid (Remote + On-site)

Reports To: HR Manager / Director

Compensation: Best in Market + Performance Incentives

Position Overview: Neuro Recode is looking for a motivated Enrollment Advisor to guide prospective clients through a consultative enrollment process. This role combines sales skills with empathy, helping individuals take meaningful steps toward improved mental wellness.

• Eligibility Criteria: Bachelor's degree preferred
• Experience: 3–5 Years
• Experience in consultative sales, counseling, telesales, or customer advisory roles preferred
• CRM experience is an advantage
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong empathy, emotional intelligence, and active listening skills
• Key ResponsibilitiesConduct consultation calls with warm and qualified leads.
• Understand client concerns and recommend suitable wellness programs.
• Build trust through empathetic and solution-oriented conversations.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-up schedules.
• Handle objections professionally and guide prospects through the enrollment process.
• Achieve monthly sales, conversion, and enrollment targets.
• Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams to enhance the customer experience.
• Share customer feedback and market insights with the leadership team.

• Work Schedule & Location: Monday to Saturday (6 Days a Week)
• Weekly Off: Sunday
• Work From Home for the first 3 months
• Employees will report to the Chennai office after the initial 3-month remote period.
• Hybrid work model based on business requirements.
