Marketing & Sales Manager – Real Estate
Location: Chennai
Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing & Sales Manager to join our growing real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, handling customer enquiries, conducting site visits, and converting prospects into successful bookings while achieving monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
* Generate and manage customer leads.
* Handle inbound and outbound customer enquiries.
* Explain project features and pricing to customers.
* Schedule and conduct site visits.
* Build strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups.

* Coordinate with internal teams for smooth documentation and booking.
Requirements
* Strong communication and negotiation skills.
* Experience in sales or real estate is preferred.
* Freshers with excellent communication skills are also welcome.
