Sales Team Leader

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Team Lead to oversee operations in the real estate and construction domain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team, driving project or sales performance, and ensuring smooth coordination between different departments. This role requires leadership ability, industry understanding, and strong execution skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team across sales, operations, or project coordination
• Set clear targets and ensure team members achieve individual and team goals
• Monitor daily activities, productivity, and performance metrics
• Coordinate with internal departments (sales, marketing, site teams, and management)
• Ensure timely follow-ups on leads, site visits, and project updates
• Resolve team challenges and escalate critical issues when needed
• Train and mentor team members to improve efficiency and performance
• Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and service delivery

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline
• 2–4 years of experience in real estate, construction, or related industry
• Prior experience in team handling or leadership role
• Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
