Job Description – Senior HR Executive Position

Location: Manufacturing Industry

Job Summary The Senior HR Executive is responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, statutory compliance, payroll coordination, performance management, and employee relations. The role supports organizational growth by ensuring efficient HR practices and maintaining a positive work environment.

  • Key Responsibilities Handle end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Manage employee attendance, leave records, payroll inputs, and HR documentation.
  • Coordinate employee confirmation, appraisal, promotion, and exit processes.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and company policies.
  • Maintain employee records, HRMIS data, and personnel files.
  • Address employee grievances and support employee engagement initiatives.
  • Conduct induction programs and coordinate training and development activities.
  • Generate HR reports and support management with HR-related data and analytics.
  • Assist in policy implementation and continuous improvement of HR processes.
  • 3–6 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Skills Required Strong knowledge of recruitment, payroll, and labor compliance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, HRMS, and HR reporting.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and leadership abilities.
  • Preferred AttributesAbility to handle multiple HR functions independently.
  • Strong employee relationship management skills.
