Senior Process Executive

Job Summary

The Showroom Sales Executive is the face of our retail store, responsible for guiding walk-in customers through our premium collections of tiles, bathroom fittings, and sanitaryware. You will understand customer requirements, explain product features, pitch design combinations, and successfully close sales.

Customer Service & Consultation

• Greet walk-in clients professionally and understand their renovation or construction needs.
• Guide customers through tile variants (ceramic, vitrified, porcelain) and sanitaryware ranges (commodes, basins, faucets, wellness products).
• Provide expert advice on design trends, color matching, and space optimization for bathrooms and kitchens.
• Answer technical queries regarding product durability, material grades, and installation requirements.

Showroom & Stock Coordination

• Coordinate with the warehouse or dispatch team to check stock availability and ensure timely deliveries.
• Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and visual appeal of the product display racks and concept bathrooms.
• Keep an accurate log of daily customer footfalls, requirements, and feedback

Skills and Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 1–3 years of retail sales experience, ideally in tiles, sanitaryware, building materials, or home decor showrooms.
• Education: High school diploma or a graduate degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Product Knowledge: Familiarity with major tile and bath brands, sizes, finishes, and basic plumbing concepts is a major plus.
• Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal communication, active listening, and persuasive negotiation skills.
• Tech Skills: Basic computer literacy
