Job Description
The SIEM & SOAR Implementation SME is a full-time, on-site role Hybrid. This role is responsible for leading end-to-end implementation and configuration of SIEM and SOAR platforms, including requirements gathering, solution design, deployment, and post-implementation support. Day-to-day activities include creating and tuning correlation rules and playbooks, integrating security tools and data sources, and collaborating with SOC teams to optimize alerting, automation, and response workflows. The role involves working closely with client stakeholders to understand their security environment, ensure high customer satisfaction, and provide best-practice guidance on use cases, dashboards, and reporting. The SME also documents implementation processes, contributes to continuous improvement of implementation methodologies, and supports knowledge transfer and training for internal and client teams.
