Role Overview: You will manage phone calls. You will guide parents and students about classes, fees, and admission rules. You will turn interested leads into enrolled students.
Key Responsibilities
- Make Calls: Call prospective students to talk about courses.
- Explain Courses: Describe course details, timings, and fees.
- Answer Questions: Address questions about the institute.
- Update Records: Log call details into the institute's tracking system (CRM).
- Follow-up: Call back interested students to check their enrollment status
