About the CompanyWinngs Private Limited is a growing food delivery platform connecting customers with restaurants across Surat. We are looking for a confident and customer-friendly Telecaller & Customer Support Executive to handle restaurant calling, follow-ups, and customer support.

• Key ResponsibilitiesRestaurant Calling & Follow-UpMake outbound calls to restaurants using the contact database provided by the company.
• Introduce Winngs and explain the platform and partnership benefits to restaurant owners and managers.
• Identify interested restaurants from the provided database.
• Schedule appointments and meetings for the Field Sales Team.
• Follow up with interested restaurants and coordinate with the sales team.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, appointments, and responses.
• No independent lead generation is required. All restaurant contact data will be provided by the company.
• Customer SupportMake outbound calls to customers whenever required.
• Answer incoming customer calls and respond to their queries.
• Assist customers with issues related to orders, delivery, payments, refunds, cancellations, offers, and the Winngs app.
• Coordinate with restaurants, delivery partners, and internal teams to resolve customer issues.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and provide appropriate solutions.
• Follow up with customers when required to ensure their issues are resolved.
• Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate team.
• Maintain proper records of customer queries, complaints, and resolutions.
• Provide a polite, professional, and positive customer experience.
• RequirementsMinimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in Gujarati and Hindi; basic English preferred.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Comfortable handling both inbound and outbound calls.
• Ability to communicate patiently and professionally with customers.
• Good coordination and follow-up skills.
• Ability to handle customer complaints calmly and efficiently.
• Preferred SkillsPrevious experience in telecalling, customer support, call centre, telesales, or customer service is an advantage.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and coordinate with different teams.

Role ObjectiveThe primary objective of the Telecaller & Customer Support Executive is to contact restaurants from the company-provided database, schedule appointments for the Field Sales Team, handle customer calls and queries, resolve customer issues, and ensure a positive experience for both restaurant partners and customers.
