Position:
- Business Development Executive (B2B Sales)
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new B2B business opportunities through networking and field visits.
- Develop and maintain relationships with Financial Advisors, Insurance Advisors, Chartered Accountants (CAs), Mutual Fund Distributors (MFDs), and other referral partners.
- Present the company's Insurance and Wealth Management solutions to business partners.
- Identify and onboard new channel partners.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and servicing.
- Achieve monthly business development and partnership targets.
- Build long-term relationships with clients and business associates.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B Sales, Financial Services, Insurance, Banking, or Wealth Management.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-motivated with a result-oriented mindset.
- Must be comfortable with field work and client meetings.
