Job SummaryWe are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Site Engineer to oversee day-to-day construction activities and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and according to approved quality standards. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge, excellent coordination skills, and the ability to manage site operations effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Site ExecutionSupervise and monitor daily construction activities at project sites.
• Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and vendors for smooth project execution.
• Monitor labor productivity and ensure efficient utilization of manpower, materials, and equipment.

Quality Control:

• Ensure all construction work complies with quality standards and project specifications.
• Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical issues promptly.
• Verify measurements, material quality, and workmanship before approvals.
• Maintain quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) documentation.

Project Planning & Coordination:

• Assist in project planning, scheduling, and progress monitoring.
• Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, MEP teams, and other stakeholders.
• Track project milestones and report progress to the Project Manager.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.

Safety & Compliance:

• Enforce safety regulations and ensure compliance with company and statutory safety standards.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and promote safe work practices.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, environmental regulations, and project requirements.

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain daily site reports, work progress reports, and material consumption records.
• Prepare measurement sheets, billing quantities, and project documentation.
• Monitor inventory of construction materials and coordinate procurement requirements.
• Report site issues, delays, and risks to management with appropriate recommendations.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• 1–5 years of experience in building construction, real estate, or infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site management.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management software is an added advantage.
• Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as required.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of RCC works, finishing works, and site supervision.
• Experience in residential or commercial construction projects.
• Understanding of BOQ, estimation, billing, and quantity surveying.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under deadlines.
• Strong organizational and team coordination skills.
