Job Description

Key Responsibilities and Duties

  • Site Management: Supervising daily operations, workers, and subcontractors to ensure efficiency.
  • Safety Compliance: Enforcing safety regulations, conducting inspections, identifying hazards, and implementing corrective actions.
  • Quality Control: Ensuring work adheres to blueprints, specifications, and building codes.
  • Resource Management: Ordering construction materials, managing equipment maintenance, and ensuring tools are in working order.
  • Progress Reporting: Monitoring schedules, documenting work, and reporting progress to senior management.
  • Communication: Acting as the main point of contact for workers, subcontractors, and management on site.
