Social Media Manager

About the RoleXthlete is looking for a part-time Video Editor + Graphic Designer who can create daily sports-related content for social media, tournaments, brand promotions, and athlete/community posts.

The person should be comfortable editing videos on a PC using any professional editing software and should also know Adobe Photoshop for poster, brochure, and creative design work.

This role is for someone who can work fast, follow references, take feedback properly, and deliver clean, publish-ready content.

Key ResponsibilitiesThe editor/designer will be responsible for:

1. Editing short-form videos for Instagram, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
2. Designing posters, brochures, event creatives, thumbnails, and promotional content.
3. Taking references before starting the edit or design.
4. Following the approved brand fonts, colors, templates, and style.
5. Sharing the first version for approval before final delivery.
6. Completing corrections quickly and properly.
7. Delivering final files in the correct format and size.
8. Sharing editable files when required.
9. Maintaining daily updates on work status.

Our current content SOP expects the editor/designer to collect references, get template/style approval before starting, submit previews for approval, and complete a maximum of two correction rounds before posting.

Skills RequiredThe candidate must know:

• Video editing on PC using any software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Filmora, CapCut PC, or similar.
• Adobe Photoshop for design work.
• Basic poster, brochure, and thumbnail design.
• Caption placement, clean cuts, music syncing, and basic audio balancing.
• Exporting files in proper social media formats.
• Working with references and brand guidelines.
• Basic spelling and layout accuracy.
• Good to HaveExperience editing sports videos.
• Knowledge of Canva, Illustrator, or After Effects.
• Ability to create reels with strong hooks.
• Understanding of Instagram and YouTube content style.
• Ability to design tournament posters and brand creatives.

Daily Work ExpectationThe editor should be able to deliver:

• 1 video edit
• 1 poster / brochure / creative design, if assigned
• Final files after approval
• Editable design files when needed

PaymentPayment will be based on the quality and complexity of the work.

₹350 – ₹500 per video

Design payment can be discussed separately depending on workload and quality.
