We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Marketing Executive to strengthen our digital presence and drive brand awareness.

Job Description

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in social media management, content creation, organic marketing, Meta Ads, and Google Ads (SEM). You will be responsible for planning and executing digital marketing campaigns, creating engaging content, increasing followers and engagement, and generating quality leads through social media platforms.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage and grow Le Intelligensia's social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content, including posts, reels, videos, and carousels.
• Plan and execute organic and paid social media campaigns.
• Run and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns for brand awareness and lead generation.
• Increase followers, engagement, website traffic, and qualified enquiries.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging social media features.
• Track campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and other analytics tools.
• Collaborate with the design and content teams to create high-quality marketing materials.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
• Requirements1–4 years of experience in Social Media Marketing or SEM.
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Canva, and Meta Business Suite.
• Good understanding of content marketing, audience engagement, and social media best practices.
• Strong communication, copywriting, and creative thinking skills.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or any graduate degree.
• Proficiency in English and Tamil is preferred.
