Job Description
- Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the real estate sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase property sales.
- Recruit, train, motivate, and monitor the performance of sales managers and executives.
- Generate new business opportunities through marketing activities, referrals, and channel partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and ensure excellent customer service.
- Review sales reports, monitor team performance, and provide regular updates to management.
- Coordinate with CRM, marketing, legal, and registration teams for smooth sales operations.
