Data entry operator

Key Responsibilities

Order & Logistics Management

• Coordinate and complete Porter bookings for deliveries and pickups.
• Manage order processing and dispatch documentation.
• Coordinate with transport partners to ensure timely deliveries.

Inventory & Warehouse Operations

• Assist in inventory management and stock reconciliation.
• Perform material labeling as per company standards.
• Support loading and unloading activities.
• Coordinate material handling and warehouse operation.
• Ensure proper storage and identification of inventory.

Procurement & Vendor Coordination

• Create and maintain stock procurement records.
• Follow up with vendors regarding purchase orders and deliveries.
• Track pending orders and ensure timely material availability.

Inventory Management

• Update inventory, purchase, and stock movement in Petpooja ERP.
• Ensure Petpooja data accuracy and completeness.

Accounts Support

• Assist the Accounts team with documentation related to purchases, stock, invoices, and challans.
• Maintain supporting records for audits and reconciliations.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Filters, Sorting, Basic Formulas).
• Experience with Petpooja or any ERP  is an advantage.
• Good typing speed with high accuracy.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Basic knowledge of inventory management.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to multitask and work independently.

Preferred Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in Data Entry, Warehouse Operations, Inventory Management, or Logistics.
• Experience working with procurement and dispatch processes is an added advantage.

Data Entry & Documentation

• Perform accurate challan entry into the system twice a week.
• Maintain records of inward and outward stock movements.
• Update inventory and transaction records in ERP/Excel.
• Ensure timely and error-free documentation.
