Job SummaryWe are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Team Leader to lead a team of Sales Executives in sourcing and achieving business targets for loan and insurance products. The candidate will be responsible for team performance, revenue generation, customer acquisition, and maintaining strong relationships with customers and channel partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Sales Executives.
• Drive sales of loan products such as Personal Loans, Home Loans, Business Loans, Loan Against Property, and Credit Cards.
• Promote and cross-sell insurance products including Life, Health, and General Insurance.
• Monitor daily sales activities and ensure achievement of monthly targets.
• Recruit, train, and develop team members.
• Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, DSAs, channel partners, and financial institutions.
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies.
• Track sales MIS, pipeline management, and business reports.
• Resolve customer queries and provide excellent customer service.
• Eligibility Criteria Graduate in any discipline.
• 2–5 years of experience in loan sales, insurance sales, banking, NBFC, or financial services.
• Prior team handling experience preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, and team management skills.
• Ability to achieve targets and work under pressure.
