Cluster Sales Manager - Gold Loans
Locations: Chennai
Looking to step into a role where you can lead teams, drive business growth, and make a visible impact across multiple branches?
We're looking for a Cluster Sales Manager who can take ownership, build high-performing field teams, and deliver results across the assigned cluster.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive Gold Loan New KYC Business across the assigned cluster
- Recruit Sales Executives for every branch and support their on-field development
- Handle a team of 8 - 10 FOS (Feet on Street) Executives
- Allocate targets, track performance, and ensure timely achievement of business goals
- Travel across the cluster to conduct reviews, meetings, and training programs
- Analyze market opportunities to identify key focus areas and plan business activities accordingly
- Conduct regular team reviews to improve lead quality, lead generation, and overall business performance
What We're Looking For
- Team handling experience is mandatory
- Sales experience (Direct Sales preferred)
- Ability to communicate effectively in the local language
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- People management capabilities
- Problem-solving and negotiation skills
Preferred Candidate Profile
- 2 - 6 years experience in Gold Loan / Banking Field sales product
Qualification -
Any Degree
