Job Description

We are looking for an IT Technical Support professional to provide internal technical assistance to employees within the organization. The role focuses on maintaining office systems, resolving IT issues, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of hardware, software, and network resources.

Key Responsibilities

·      Provide IT support to internal staff

·      Install and configure hardware and software

·      Troubleshoot system, network, and device issues

·      Manage user accounts and access permissions

·      Maintain IT inventory and equipment

·      Ensure system updates and security compliance

·      Support onboarding and offboarding of employees

·      Coordinate with vendors for technical issues

·      Document and track IT issues and solutions

Qualification and Skills

• BE/B.Tech,Bsc in Computer Science (CSE), IT, or related field
• Basic knowledge of operating systems (Windows/Linux)
• Understanding of networking fundamentals (LAN, Wi-Fi)
• Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Basic hardware and software knowledge
• Good communication and teamwork
• Time management and attention to detail
