Job Description

Job Title: Collection Caller (Voice Process)

Company: AMS Comtel BPMS Pvt. Ltd.

Location: Nungambakkam, Chennai

Job Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls for credit card payment collections.
  • Follow up with customers on overdue payments.
  • Negotiate payment commitments.
  • Update call records in the system.
  • Achieve daily and monthly collection targets.

Requirements:

  • HSC / Diploma / Any Graduate.
  • Freshers & experienced candidates can apply.
  • Good communication skills in Tamil (English is an added advantage).
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Willing to work in a target-based environment.
