Job Description

Job SummaryWe are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Telecaller to contact prospective clients, introduce our services, and schedule appointments for our sales team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with potential customers over the phone.Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective clients from provided databases and leads.Introduce the company's products and services professionally.Qualify leads and identify customer requirements.Schedule appointments and meetings for the sales/business development team.Follow up with interested prospects and maintain regular communication.Maintain accurate records of calls, appointments, and customer interactions in CRM or Excel.Achieve daily and monthly appointment-setting targets.Coordinate with the sales team regarding scheduled meetings and customer feedback.Handle customer inquiries and provide basic information about company services.Requirements0–3 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, telesales, or appointment setting.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Fluency in English, Hindi, and regional language preferred.Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, CRM, WhatsApp).Strong persuasion and follow-up skills.Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.Salary & BenefitsCompetitive salary plus performance incentives.Training and career growth opportunities.Supportive work environment.Preferred ExperienceExperience in appointment setting for interior design, construction, real estate, modular furniture, architecture, or related industries.Ability to handle a high volume of calls and convert leads into appointments.Key Performance Indicator (KPI): Number of qualified appointments scheduled and attended by prospective clients each month.
