Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Contact potential customers through outbound calls and follow up on assigned leads.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
  • Explain policy features, coverage, benefits, exclusions, and premium details.
  • Generate sales and achieve.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups.
  • Handle customer queries and provide accurate information regarding insurance products.
  • Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for policy issuance and documentation.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and industry developments.
