Job SummaryWe are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Tele Caller to connect with potential customers, generate leads, schedule appointments, and maintain customer relationships. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a positive attitude toward sales and customer service.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective customers from provided databases.
• Explain company products and services clearly and professionally.
• Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
• Follow up with existing and potential customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM or Excel.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide basic information.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.
• Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for lead conversion.
• Update customer information and maintain call reports.
• RequirementsMinimum 12th Pass / Any Degree.
• 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer support.
• Good communication skills in Tamil (English is an added advantage).
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, CRM).
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset.
• Preferred ExperienceExperience in Interior Design, Real Estate, Construction, Building Materials, or Home Improvement industries.
• Ability to handle customer follow-ups and appointment fixing.
