Job Description:

i5 Housing & Properties is hiring energetic and target-oriented Telecallers for our Real Estate Sales team. Candidates should have good communication skills and the ability to connect with clients professionally.

The company has two branches in Chennai – Head Office at Valasaravakkam and another branch at Tambaram.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact and follow up with prospective clients
• Explain property details and project information to customers
• Generate and schedule site visit appointments
• Maintain regular follow-up with leads and clients
• Update customer details and daily call reports
• Coordinate with sales team for client meetings and closures
• Achieve daily and monthly calling targets

Requirements:

• Experience in Telecalling / Real Estate Telecalling preferred
• Good communication skills in Tamil
• Basic English communication preferred
• Strong convincing and follow-up skills
• Target-oriented and self-motivated
