Job Responsibilities

Call existing customers for service reminders

Follow up pending service approvals

Handle customer feedback and reviews

Inform customers about offers and periodic maintenance

Coordinate with service advisors for vehicle delivery updates

Maintain customer database and call records

Requirements

Good Tamil communication skills

Basic English speaking ability preferred

Experience in telecalling/customer support is an advantage

Female candidates preferred (optional)

Smart mobile/computer knowledge

Friendly and polite customer handling
