Telecalling Executive – Job Description
🔹 Role OverviewA Telesales Executive is responsible for contacting potential or existing customers via phone to promote products or services, generate sales, and maintain customer relationships.
- 🔹 Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential customers
- Explain products/services clearly and persuasively
- Handle customer questions and objections
- Close sales and achieve daily/weekly targets
- Maintain records of calls and customer details
- Follow up with leads and existing customers
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- 🔹 Required SkillsGood communication skills (especially in local language + basic English)
- Persuasion and negotiation skills
- Confidence and positive attitude
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel/CRM tools)
- Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
- 🔹 QualificationsMinimum: 10th / 12th pass
- Any degree is a plus
- Freshers can apply (experience in sales is an advantage)
