Job Title: Telecaller – Marketing & Sales (IT Products & Services)
Location: Chennai
Salary: ₹15,000 + ₹5,000 Incentives

Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Telecaller to support our marketing and sales activities for IT products and services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, generating leads, and promoting our offerings.
- Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote IT products and services
- Generate and qualify leads for the sales team
- Explain product features and benefits clearly to customers
- Schedule meetings or demos for the sales team
- Maintain a database of customer interactions and follow-ups
- Achieve daily/weekly call and lead generation targets
- Build and maintain good relationships with clients
Products & Services:IT Software Solutions
- Servers, Desktops, and Laptops
- IT Infrastructure AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts)
- Microsoft 365 Solutions
- Cloud Services (Azure, AWS)
- Candidate Profile:Any degree (freshers or experienced candidates can apply)
- Excellent English communication skills (mandatory)
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills
- Basic knowledge of IT products/services is an added advantage
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
