Job Description
We are hiring individual candidates for three distinct roles in our BFSI / NBFC organization in Chennai. Candidates may apply for either position as per their profile.
1. Telecalling Executive – Loan Sales
About the Role
Handle outbound and inbound calls to promote personal, business, and home loan products, explain eligibility, interest, and documentation, and convert leads into sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to existing and prospective customers to explain loan schemes, eligibility, interest rate, and required documents.
- Assist customers through application process, follow up on interest, and help close sales over the phone.
- Achieve daily/weekly loan sales targets and maintain accurate call logs and customer data in CRM / Dialer system.
- Requirements
- 12th pass or any graduate; 0–2 years in telecalling / BFSI sales preferred.
- Good English + Tamil; clear communication, persuasive, and target‑oriented.
- Basic computer, MS Office, and CRM/dialer familiarity.
2. Accountant
About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Accountant to support our finance department. This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to gain hands-on experience in payroll, ledger management, and statutory compliance.
What You Will Do
- Assist with end-to-end payroll and voucher management.
- Maintain accurate financial ledgers.
- Support the team in meeting PF, ESI, and TDS compliance deadlines.
- Develop your skills in financial reporting using Tally and MS Excel.
3. HR Executive
About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented professional to join our team. You will play a key role in managing daily HR operations and ensuring seamless employee experiences from onboarding to offboarding.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Maintain and update employee attendance, leave, and personnel records.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and HR documentation standards.
- Facilitate exit formalities and documentation.
- Provide general support for HR operations and coordination.
- Requirements
- Previous experience in an HR role is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage documentation and administrative tasks efficiently.
