1. Job Role : Telecalling Executive

  Experience: Minimum 6 Month experience in Telecalling 

  Location : Tambaram & Ashok nagar, Chennai.

  Gender : Both

  Requirements:

  Site Visit Engagement 

  Customer Interaction 

  Language Skills: Tamil and Basic English is mandatory.

  Mantaory Skills: Experience in Customer Handling , Telecalling (Having Experience in telesales and real estate Industry is an added Advantage )

  Communication Skills: Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade potential clients.

  Customer-Focused: A customer-centric approach with the ability to understand and address client needs effectively.

  Organization: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple site visits and follow-ups efficiently

  Work From Office Only

  Tuesday: Week Off

2. Sales & Marketing Executive – Real Estate

 Location: Tambaram & Ashok nagar - Chennai

 Experience: 1–5 Years (in Any Sales) real estate sales is Added advantage

Responsibilities:

Explain property details and offers to clients

Arrange and handle site visits

Follow up with customers and convert leads into sales

Generate leads through calls, field work, and marketing activities

Achieve monthly sales targets

✅ Requirements:

Basic knowledge of sales & marketing

Willingness to travel for site visits

Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset

Good communication & convincing skills
