Job Description
In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, conducting outbound calls, closing sales deals, and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients through consistent follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities
- Inbound & Outbound Calling: Handle both incoming customer inquiries and make outbound calls to potential clients to promote products/services
- Sales Closure: Effectively pitch products/services and close deals by understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions
- Lead Management: Maintain and update customer database with call records, outcomes, and follow-up actions
- Client Relationship Management: Follow up with existing clients to ensure satisfaction, identify upsell opportunities, and build long-term relationships
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all calls, conversions, and client interactions
- Customer Service: Address client queries professionally and resolve concerns promptly
- Performance Reporting: Provide daily/weekly reports on call volumes, conversion rates, and sales pipeline
Required Qualifications
- Communication Skills: Fluent English (both spoken and written) with clear pronunciation and excellent communication abilities
- Sales Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in telesales, sales, or customer service roles
- Phone Etiquette: Professional and courteous behavior during calls
- Product Knowledge: Ability to quickly learn and understand product/service features
- Persistence: Strong follow-up skills and ability to handle rejection positively
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using CRM software, MS Office, and phone/dialing systems
- Education: Bachelor's degree
