RK Tire Molds Private Limited is looking for an experienced VMC Machine Operator to operate and maintain Vertical Machining Center (VMC) machines for precision mold manufacturing. The ideal candidate should have experience in VMC machining, be able to read technical drawings, and ensure high-quality production while meeting safety and productivity standards.

📌 Key Responsibilities:
⚙️ Set up, operate, and monitor VMC machines for mold manufacturing
📐 Read and interpret engineering drawings, 2D/3D designs, and technical specifications
🛠️ Select appropriate cutting tools, fixtures, and machining parameters
🔍 Perform machining operations while maintaining required quality and dimensional accuracy
📏 Conduct in-process inspections using measuring instruments and ensure components meet specifications
🔧 Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot minor operational issues
📋 Maintain production records and report machine performance to supervisors
🤝 Coordinate with production and quality teams to achieve daily production targets
🦺 Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean working environment
💰 Salary:
