Job Description

Position: Renewals & Claims Executive

Experience: 1 – 3 Years

Department: Health & Motor Insurance

Location:Chennai

Salary: As per Industry Norms

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle policy renewals for Health & Motor Insurance customers.
  • Follow up with existing customers for timely policy renewals.
  • Assist customers in claim registration and claim processing.
  • Coordinate with insurance companies for claim status updates and approvals.
  • Resolve customer queries related to renewals, claims, and policy coverage.
  • Ensure proper documentation for renewal and claim processes.
  • Build and maintain good customer relationships.
  • Working Details:Working Days: Monday to Saturday
  • Office Timing: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
