Job Description
Client-Facing Duties
- Needs Assessment: Evaluate client preferences, travel goals, and budget constraints to determine ideal destinations.
- Itinerary Design: Construct comprehensive day-by-day travel schedules matching specific client desires.
- Document Management: Provide and verify essential travel paperwork including visas, passports, and medical requirements.
- Emergency Support: Act as the primary contact to resolve flight cancellations, delays, or accommodation issues.
- Custom Adjustments: Modify bookings, process cancellations, and manage client refunds when travel plans change. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]
Commercial & Sales Actions
- Booking Execution: Process reservations for flights, hotels, car rentals, cruise lines, and special event tickets.
- Upselling Packages: Recommend travel insurance, upgraded loyalty rooms, and guided excursions to increase booking value.
- Target Achievement: Meet specific monthly or quarterly agency sales quotas and performance metrics.
- Payment Processing: Collect deposits, manage payment schedules, and issue invoices securely.
