Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities 


  • Purchase plumbing, sanitaryware, pipes, fittings, and hardware materials as per requirement.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for quotations and product availability.
  • Prepare Purchase Orders (PO) and follow up on deliveries.
  • Maintain stock levels and avoid material shortages.
  • Coordinate with warehouse and showroom teams regarding stock requirements.
  • Verify invoices, delivery challans, and received materials.
  • Maintain proper purchase records and vendor details.
  • Monitor pending orders and update management regularly.
  • Ensure quality and timely delivery of materials.
